Rooted (In) and Circled up is for the feminine seeking intimacy with God. Rooted (In)is a book authored by Susan Carson that we use as a guide on our journey towards deeper connection and intimacy with God. This 6-week journey looks to create community, strengthen our somatic practice, and attune to the voice of the Divine that calls us into more connected relationship with the Holy Spirit, ourselves, and others. Each virtual session will be led by Spiritual Director, Nyria Acosta-Pearl, and Licensed Therapist and Soul Hugger, La Shanda Sugg. With the pillars of curiosity, compassion, and commitment, Nyria and Shanda co-create a container with participants that allows each person to show up fully authentic and engage the journey from where they are in this moment. Details - Gatherings will be Wednesday evenings from 6:30-8pm EST, January 10 - February 14, 2024. - Total investment is $125. A non-refundable $50 secures your spot and balance of $75 due by January 5, 2024. - Our circle will be for up to 12 participants, and we ask that you try to make each gathering. - Each participant is responsible for purchasing the book, rooted (IN): Thriving in Connection with God, Yourself, and Others by Susan F. Cancellation Policy

Please register for our website, as you will be able to cancel and reschedule any sessions you book. Sessions canceled or rescheduled within 24-hours of appointment will be charged a $150 late cancelation fee. All No Call/No Shows will be charged the full amount of the session.
